Do you offer a warranty on your 3D printers and hardware?
Yes, all 3D printers sold through our store come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened filament?
For quality control reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and vacuum-sealed filament spools within 30 days of purchase. If you experience a print quality issue, please contact our support team for troubleshooting.

How should I store my filament to ensure longevity?
To prevent moisture absorption (hygroscopy), we recommend storing your filament in a cool, dry place using airtight containers with desiccant packs when not in use.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has reached our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make changes, but you may initiate a return once the package arrives.
